Following a successful career within mainstream tour operations, Adam, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, joined Albatross as the Head of Finance in 2007, was promoted to the Group Board in 2009 and then bought the business in 2017 with Stephen Hornby. Given Adam’s passion and experience in People, Leadership, driving Commercial performances and online technology, Adam is responsible as Co-CEO for the Group’s Service Departments incorporating Finance, People & Administration and IT and drives the current and future success of the Group through commercial delivery, organic growth and sensible acquisitions. 

Adam believes commercial success comes from the development of people and focuses on making Albatross a Great to Be and ensuring people work on themselves and display the best version of themselves in and outside of work. 

Adam takes an active interest in his local community, where he is Chairman of the Claire Foster Memorial Fund, which raises money for local charities and good causes. Adam served as Chairman of nearby Larkfield Football Club in Kent for many years and is currently a voluntary Director and Club Secretary of Larkfield & New Hythe Football Club. 

His interest in sport has also seen him play an integral role in the creation of Success Fitness and Sports Tours, established in 2020 to deliver fantastic travel experiences and retreats for fitness, yoga, pilates enthusiasts and sporting groups.

Having spent 8 years teaching Yoga, Pilates & Fitness overseas in holiday destinations, Louise moved back to the UK and worked within group travel for Sports and Fitness groups for 5 years. 

During the pandemic it became clear that the Retreat industry was highly unregulated and Louise used her experience to collaborate with the Albatross Group in 2020. Success Retreats began with 4 instructors hosting Retreats in the UK, until travel restrictions eased and the locations expanded into Europe and across the World leading to where the company is today.

Louise continues to be an active teacher in Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Dance, Spinning and works with specialist groups, as well as putting her own health, fitness and wellbeing first with her own training, practice and running, often with her dog and/or buggy. 

Bringing her love of travel alongside health, wellbeing and fitness is her dream job. She is passionate about creating unforgettable and lifechanging experiences for people to attend well organised and reliable Retreat packages!

Louise is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years experience. She has worked within a number of different industries throughout her career including education, motorsport and now travel.

She joined the Albatross Group in May 2019 and supports the different businesses within the group with their marketing activities including websites, email marketing and social media. 

Louise recently graduated after completing her degree in Business Marketing in her own time, an achievement she is very proud of.

Outside of work, Louise's creativity continues in her joy for crafting alongside her other passions which are Disney and Motorsport, so she will often either be found at a race track or in the Disney Parks in her spare time.
