We have been delivering group travel for over 35 years and are experts in planning and delivering successful retreat experiences, working with approximately 25 stunning property locations around the world. We act as a bridge between instructors and retreat locations, allowing you to deliver the perfect retreat without any of the administrative burden.

By hosting your retreat in partnership with Success Retreats, the process is streamlined. We cover your flight and accommodation costs and use our expertise, honed over 35 years, to help support and manage the planning and organisation of your retreat from start to finish, taking care of flights, airport transfers, accommodation, meal plans, excursions, extended stays and any other requests thrown our way. We also have a dedicated marketing team to support you when it comes to marketing your retreat.
In addition, you will benefit from a per person commission while your clients will benefit from an easy booking process, payment schedule and ABTOT & ATOL protection – something most other retreats that travel overseas do not offer. As more customers become increasingly aware of the importance of travelling with appropriate insurance, and with ABTA cracking down on independent retreats that don’t offer suitable cover, instructors are realising they are liable for more than they thought. By working with us, we absorb all that risk.

This due diligence also stretches to the properties we work with; we audit and risk assess every location to ensure they are fit for purpose, comply with relevant health and safety standards and conform to local and EU laws.
