Join Maryann for this 7-night relaxing and refreshing Yoga holiday in Turkey. Maryann has been teaching fitness and Yoga for 11 years with experience training and working abroad. 


Her classes are designed to move your body through different exercises/Yoga asanas, to strengthen and lengthen your body and to calm your mind.


This Yoga holiday is a wonderful opportunity to step out of your usual routine and have some time to escape and focus on yourself.


Your sessions will be each morning and afternoon, leaving the middle of the day to relax by the pool or take the shuttle to the nearby beach, or alternatively there are several excursions you can add onto your package including a visit to the local mud baths and a visit to the Turtle hatchery.

Retreat Programme


There will be 2 classes each day.


Each morning Maryann will begin by taking you through a hatha/vinyasa style yoga session at around 7.30am before breakfast.  You will have time to then relax or explore the local area.


After lunch and some to rest, our second class will be around 4.30pm. Each afternoon session will be a variety of class styles, including Yoga fusion, Yin Yoga, Meditation, equipment sessions. Each day will finish with dinner at around 7pm, either in resort or heading to the local town.


Classes will be for 60-90 minutes.


In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the facilities or explore the local surroundings and what it has to offer. Excursions can be arranged as a group or individually when at resort.

Sedir Resort Hotel & Bungalows


Turkey’s idyllic Turquoise Coast, also called the Turkish Riviera, is the beautiful setting for the Sedir Resort, a family-run boutique hotel, suites, and bungalow complex that also serves as a yoga and Pilates retreat. 


Situated on the outskirts of Dalyan amid mountain views, lush forests, and perfumed orange and pomegranate farms, this charming resort is a restful haven, with classes hosted in the tranquil, birdsong-filled gardens beneath the yoga shala. 


All the rooms, suites, and bungalows are well-equipped and comfortable and blessed with panoramic views. After your practice sessions, enjoy dips in the outdoor swimming pool, relax and read in the gardens, hire a bicycle to explore the forests and countryside, or browse the markets and shops of Dalyan. 


Other attractions await close by, include the sands of Iztuzu Beach and boat trips to the ancient, rock-carved King’s Tombs and nearby mud baths.
