Maryann's Turkish Yoga Retreat

Join Maryann for this 7-night relaxing and refreshing Yoga holiday in Turkey. Maryann has been teaching fitness and Yoga for 11 years with experience training and working abroad. 


Her classes are designed to move your body through different exercises/Yoga asanas, to strengthen and lengthen your body and to calm your mind.


This Yoga holiday is a wonderful opportunity to step out of your usual routine and have some time to escape and focus on yourself.


Your sessions will be each morning and afternoon, leaving the middle of the day to relax by the pool or take the shuttle to the nearby beach, or alternatively there are several excursions you can add onto your package including a visit to the local mud baths and a visit to the Turtle hatchery.

Retreat Programme


There will be 2 classes each day.


Each morning Maryann will begin by taking you through a hatha/vinyasa style yoga session at around 7.30am before breakfast.  You will have time to then relax or explore the local area.


After lunch and some to rest, our second class will be around 4.30pm. Each afternoon session will be a variety of class styles, including Yoga fusion, Yin Yoga, Meditation, equipment sessions. Each day will finish with dinner at around 7pm, either in resort or heading to the local town.


Classes will be for 60-90 minutes.


In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the facilities or explore the local surroundings and what it has to offer. Excursions can be arranged as a group or individually when at resort.

Sedir Resort Hotel & Bungalows


A charming boutique Hotel, located in a peaceful location surrounded by lush green fields, liquid amber forest, orange and pomegranate farms. This is a perfect place for nature lovers to visit Dalyan and feel relaxed and recharged. All hotel rooms, bungalows and suites have a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, forest, mountains and swimming pool.

  • 06:50 group flight departs Gatwick

  • 11:25 flight lands at Dalaman

  • 12:00 transfer to Hotel

  • 12:30 check in to rooms

  • Afternoon at leisure

  • 17:30 Time to Retreat Yoga session
