Meet Amy a DRU yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, and holistic therapist, based in Central London.


Originally a yoga enthusiast, she felt a deep calling to share her passion and knowledge with others, ultimately becoming a professional yogi. She has dedicated herself to teaching people how to achieve happiness and health. In 2016, during her studies in India, Amy experienced a transformative shift in her life. This sparked her curiosity, leading her to explore three distinct yoga styles before finding her true love: Dru yoga. Amy felt an instant connection to teaching Dru due to its accessibility to individuals of all abilities. This unique practice incorporates soft flowing movements, breathwork, mudras, affirmations, and visualization, resulting in improved strength, flexibility, and core stability, as well as bringing about a heightened sense of positivity and deep peace.


Amy’s yoga journey has led her down a path of deep fascination with holistic teaching. Recognizing the importance of nurturing physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial health, she has come to appreciate that true wellness is only achieved when all these aspects are attended to.


A true advocate in the transformative power of meditation and deep relaxation, she has also studied EFT, Hypnotherapy, and Rahanni healing. Passionately dedicated to energy medicine, the healing power of food, and the importance of rest as medicine she utilizes all her expertise to nurture not just physical well-being, but also mental and emotional health. Through her teachings, Amy creates a safe space for introspection, clarity, and self-discovery. She aims to promote a sense of balance and harmony in every aspect of life, making room for individuals to flourish in their healthiest, happiest, and truest form.


Ultimately Amy dedicates herself to teaching people how to be compassionate and kind towards them. In this fast-paced and overwhelmingly competitive world we live in, fear and judgment seem to surround us, causing us to push and be harsh and critical towards ourselves. Amy’s work centers on advocating for self-compassion. She believes that when we can look at ourselves in the mirror and greet our own reflection with a smile, acknowledging the miraculous souls we are, that is when we can genuinely start living our best lives. She believes that true fulfillment and happiness come when we learn to treat ourselves with the same tenderness and empathy that we readily extend to others. By embracing self-compassion, we can navigate the challenges of life with grace and authenticity, unlocking the potential for a more fulfilling and joyous existence.
