Luxurious Yoga and Spa Break with Kathi

Join Kathi for this 2 night luxurious Yoga and Spa break at Forest Mere in Hampshire.

Invest in your wellbeing on this restorative and relaxing experience with a mix of Hatha, Flow, Zen and Yin yoga plus Nidra meditations and Sound Baths plus some Chakra balancing through movement and sound.

Retreat Programme

There will be 2 classes on Thursday (full day), one class on the arrival evening and one class on the morning of departure.

The first class will be at 5.30pm on Wednesday evening followed by a delicious evening meal.

Thursday morning Kathi will begin by taking you through a gently energising yoga session at around 8am before breakfast. You can enjoy full use of the Spa facilities during the day and lunch can be eaten together or separately, as you choose. We will have a late afternoon/early evening restorative session with a Crystal Sound Bath. The day will finish with dinner at around 7.30pm/8pm.

Friday morning we will have another gently energising practice before breakfast. After check out, you are still free to use the spa facilities until 4pm before driving home refreshed and relaxed and with the weekend ahead of you to continue the good work!

In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the spa facilities, enjoy a treatment or perhaps explore the local surroundings on foot or taking a cycle ride.

Champneys, Forest Mere

One of several Champneys health resorts in the UK, Champneys Forest Mere is an elegant lakeside sanctuary set in woodlands and lawns in northeastern Hampshire. Like other Champneys resorts, this year-round resort offers world-class amenities to help guests restore and re-energise while staying in a choice of charming rooms and indulging in nutritious and well-balanced cuisine. The interiors of the manor house are designed to echo a chic mountaintop chalet and provide extensive facilities, from a 25-metre indoor pool, whirlpool, and outdoor hydro pool to a luxurious spa furnished with the latest facilities. Guests can also enjoy yoga, Pilates, and other retreat sessions outdoors in the gorgeous grounds. When you fancy branching out, the historic cathedral city of Winchester and village of Chawton, once home to Jane Austen, together with the footpaths and beaches of the South Downs National Park lie nearby.

Proposed Itinerary

This is an outline itinerary and timings may be adjusted to suit the needs of the group. Meals will be eaten together unless it is your preference to do otherwise.

Day 1

  • Arrive at check-in time – to be advised

  • Enjoy the facilities before our Restorative Yoga and Nidra practices and mini sound bath introduction at 17:30

  • 19:45 Dinner (Kathi’s birthday so celebrate with her)

Day 2

  • 08:00 Gentle energising Yoga

  • 09:30 Breakfast

  • Relax in the Spa, or enjoy the gym or classes, a walk or cycle in the beautiful grounds or curl up with a book in one of the cosy lounges

  • 13:30 lunch

  • Relax as you wish or maybe book a treatment (optional extra)

  • 17:30 Restorative Yoga with Nidra meditation

  • 18.45 Crystal Sound bath (this may be after dinner if the group prefers)

  • 19:45 Dinner

Day 3

  • 08:00 Gentle wake up Yoga

  • 09:30 Breakfast

  • Check out – time tbc but you may use the spa until 16:00


  • 2 nights accommodation

  • Full board throughout

  • Access to the Hotels pool and spa facilities until 16:00 on day of check out

  • 4 Yoga sessions with Kathi
