Retreat Programme

Friday 20th September check-in is from 15:00 gaining access to all the facilities upon arrival. We will meet at 18:00 for an opening circle, where we will come together as a union and set intentions for the next few days. Moving into a slow pasted restorative yoga flow to enable deep relaxation, letting go of the busy day you have had a preparing yourself for a weekend of resetting, recharging, and reconnecting. Meeting for a delicious dinner at 19:45.

We will meet at 8:00 each morning and have quiet time for meditation and journaling, grounding ourselves for the day. At 8.30 we will explore the union of movement and breath by using Vinyasa Yoga as a vessel to awaken the body. Through intentional poses, we will tap into the power of breath, cultivating a harmonious connection between the physical and the breath as an anchor for mindfulness.

Breakfast will be at 9:30.

You will have the day to explore 160 acres of gorgeous woodland, gain access to the world-famous Champneys Spa facilities, explore leafy Liphook village, or relax with a book and snuggle up on the sofas around the log fires positioned right next to a tranquil lake.

Enjoying lunch at 14:00 before we unwind with a Vin Yin flow at 17:30. Combining Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga together to create a sequence of flexibility and mobility.

Meeting for dinner at 19:45.

On Saturday 21st we will come together after dinner at 20:30 for a Yoga Nidra session to set you up for a good night's sleep.

Sunday 22nd we will have a morning of rest and meet at 12pm for a Vinyasa Flow and closing circle. Enjoying lunch together at 14:00 with check out at 16:00.

Forest Mere

Located in leafy Liphook, a village in the South Downs, Forest Mere is framed by 160 acres of gorgeous woodland and sweeping green lawns. The house itself has snuggly sofas and log fires to enjoy and is positioned right next to a tranquil lake, the grounds are a picture-postcard of calm. These fabulous surroundings combined with their state-of the-art facilities will have you returning to feeling fabulous in no time.

Proposed Itinerary

Day 1

  • 15:00 Check In

  • 18:00 Opening Circle

  • 18:30 – 19:15 Restorative Yoga to set you up for rest

  • 19:45 Dinner

Day 2

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Meditation, journaling, breathwork & Vinyasa Yoga

  • 14:00 Lunch

  • 17:30 Vin Yin Yoga

  • 19:00 Dinner

  • 20:30 Yoga Nidra

Day 3

  • Breakfast at their own time

  • 12 PM Vinyasa Flow and Closing Circle

  • 14:00 Lunch


  • 2 nights accommodation on a Twin sharing basis (single rooms at a supplement) in beautfully furnished cottages all with en suite bathrooms

  • Full board throughout, including healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (drinks not included but you can bring your own)

  • Exclusive use of the pool, sauna and steam room throughout
