Lou has been teaching Fitness, Yoga & Pilates for the past 20 years, initially in London, then travelling around the world and now based in Essex.
Always having a keen interest in fitness in sport, studying for a BA Hons and Master in Sport and Dance, it was when she was training in Dance that she was introduced to Yoga and Pilates and noticed a complete change in the way her body moved after just a few sessions. Ever since both Yoga and Pilates have been a staple in both her teaching and own practice/training.
Lou feels very privileged to have helped and worked with so many people on their own journey’s, breaking down barriers and introducing Yoga and Pilates to all. Her classes are suitable for all levels, often using props and different options of exercises throughout all of her classes. Her style of teaching focusses on alignment and kinaesthetic connection, not what the movement looks like but more how it feels in the body.
