Renata is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a deep passion for helping women, particularly those over 40, rediscover their strength and vitality. Her holistic approach to wellness combines fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness, making her a sought-after expert in her field.

Renata’s fitness sessions are designed to be low-impact on your joints but high-impact on your muscles. These workouts focus on building muscle strength, improving cardiovascular health, and boosting bone density, ensuring you maintain a healthy lifestyle without overstressing your body. Her nutritional guidance features delicious, hormone-balancing meal plans that enhance mood and energy levels, tailored specifically for women aiming to feel their best every day​.

Renata's journey into wellness began in her late 30s when she discovered the transformative power of physical activity. Initially finding joy in running, she expanded her passion into the world of martial arts. As she entered her 40s, Renata experienced first hand the challenges of balancing a demanding career, raising a young child, and caring for her mother. These experiences, combined with her own health struggles, including a serious bout with sepsis, deepened her understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

Renata's achievements in martial arts are a testament to her dedication and strength. She holds a black belt in KaiZeDo and a blue belt in kickboxing. Her skill and commitment led her to compete in the Battle of Britain competition, and she found joy in mentoring young enthusiasts in junior KaiZeDo classes​.

Additionally, Renata has participated in the Spartan Race, demonstrating her endurance and resilience. She is excited to take part in the Spartan Race again this October, continually pushing her limits and inspiring her clients to do the same.

Beyond fitness and nutrition, Renata integrates mindfulness practices into her coaching, helping clients manage stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall emotional resilience. Her comprehensive strategy for wellness addresses the physical, nutritional, and mental aspects of well-being, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling approach to health.

With a blend of humour, enthusiasm, and expert knowledge, Renata makes every session enjoyable and empowering.
